NORTH NATURE JAM

The North Nature Jam takes place in a small, cozy village in Schleswig-Holstein (about 1 hour from Hamburg). Attached to a property and surrounded by evergreen forest, you will find the perfect place to immerse yourself in nature. A parkour park in the garden, climbing and slackline spots offer lots of incentives to always discover and try out something. Airtrack and high ropes experiences provide the real thrill, as does a visit to a sand pit. Several campfire spots are waiting for you for those times when there is not enough light to jump. Here you sleep in a hammock, tent or under the open sky and cook and make music around the campfire with a hang drum, guitar and whatever instrument you bring with you! You are welcome to bring your hobbies with you! Be it art, acrobatics or artistry. We want to get to know everything! I teach 3 different mental techniques for training and creativity throughout my entire workshop. I do this by teaching unconventional or unusual moves. The main focus is to learn to slowly add, or manipulate the movement. In between illustrating the next step of the movement, I remind my students that it is okay to move at your own pace, and that you can always move backwards to get a better understanding of what you are trying to do.

ELGIN STREET COMP

Join us in Elgin, Moray, for 2 days packed with Parkour Competitions and Community activities! Taking place on the 26th and 27th April, this is the first ever competition and multi-day event ever to be held in Moray. Saturday the 26th will see a Skill Competition (in the style of a Takeover event), whilst Sunday 27th will involve a Speed Competition followed by an Open Jam (informal training session). We understand that money is tight for a lot of people at the minute, and getting to somewhere like Elgin can be expensive, to ensure that there are no barriers to anyone attending, we have 3 Ticket Options. No matter which price of ticket you choose, you will have unlimited access to: - Both competitions (should you wish) - The Open Jam - Accommodation overnight (first come first served for a space in the hall, a space in the car park or unlimited camping ground). Please be aware that for a space in the hall, all you will need is a sleeping bag (and pillow if you like). We will provide comfortable mats to sleep on, and have extra blankets if necessary. The hall has heating, 6 toilets, a kitchen and plenty of charging points for phones/laptops. For those camping, it is best to bring your own tent, however we have a small number that can be borrowed. Our goal is to provide a fun, packed and memorable event for all; NOT to make a profit. Any profit made from ticket sales will go towards food/drink for attendees or contributions towards travel for certain ​individuals. Prizes will be available for Youth (12-14), Teen (15-18) and Adult (19+) for the Skill Competition. Prizes will be available for U16 and 16+ for the Speed Competition. Equal prizes will be available for Male/Female Divisions for the Teen, Adult and 16+ Categories. The Open Jam will be for anyone aged 10+. SHARE YOUR MOVES #5

Share Your Moves is an annual event organised by the West Coast Academy in Cholet. It's a weekend of competition, training and meetings where the true spirit of Parkour reigns: sharing, respect and kindness. The 2024 event was a complete success. Around a hundred competitors from all over France and abroad, more than double the number of practitioners who came as companions to move with the community and around 200 local spectators each day came to encourage the competitors and discover our beautiful discipline. There were a number of changes this year to improve the event by listening to your suggestions. The main change was the reorganisation of the weekend to dedicate half a day to a jam, in keeping with the values of Parkour.

PROJECT UNDERGROUND 12

Project Underground is back . The event is the largest of its kind in the UK and brings together people from across the world. NovaCity is helping to contribute to the growth of parkour practice across the country. Funding and growing events that bring young people to the art. Buying Tickets to the event directly contributes to this goal. Event Info The event is conducted over 3 days and is designed to be attractive to all parkour practitioners as it offers the chance to train, compete or spectate. The competition itself is split into 3 discipline categories, Speed, Style and Skill, as well as 3 age categories, Under 12, Under 16 and 16+, We also Split the 16+ into separate Male and Female competitions, with equal prizes. SPEED This competition is a timed race around a predetermined route across our parkour park. The athletes have time to practice the route, and one attempt against the clock. The fastest time wins. SKILL This competition is designed to test athletes against ever more difficult challenges in the gym. The challenges are done in isolation with a limited number of attempts and a clock running. The person completing the most challenges in the shortest time wins. FREESTYLE This event pits athletes against each other in front of 3 judges. IMA STYLE NIGHT

THE FOURTH EDITION OF THE GRAND EVENT AT THE GYM IN KLADNO! SKILL CONTEST This year's Skill Contest starts at 11 AM and introduces a somewhat new format. There will be several dozen devised challenges spread throughout the hall, and you will have 4 hours to complete as many as possible. After the competition, we will announce winners for both the men's and women's categories. Winners of the Skill Contest, although not advancing to the IMACON finals, get free entry to this event and can thus qualify on-site. STYLE CONTEST The qualification takes place at 5 PM in groups of five competitors, from which some will advance to the finals. There, each contestant will perform a single run, and judges will score using "Twisters". The winner of the Style Night gains entry to IMACON 2025 and advances to the finals as the main prize. Training will run all evening and overnight. The main finale of the Style Contest will take place around 8:00 PM. Supreme Parkour Armageddon 2025: PERMAFROST After venturing to Turku for two years, SPKA25 takes us back to the origins of the event (and the parkour culture of the country), Jyväskylä of Central Finland. Unlike with the lousy seaside climate and slush of Turku winter, we’re looking forward to some genuine ice & snow enhanced parkour experiences this year! Moreover, the second largest indoor parkour area of Finland hosts many interesting workshops, talks and jam sessions. And there will be sauna & relaxing, of course! IN MOTION WINTER JAM

THE BIGGEST WINTER PARKOUR EVENT IN OUR COUNTRY! A three-day event held in the parkour hall in Brno. The largest hall of In Motion Academy is like a city under one roof, foam pit and new pipe construction. This community event, which also attracts international participants, has been a tradition since 2015. SKILL CHALLENGE This year, the Winter Jam will again host the qualifications for the Skill Contest at IMACON 2025 10 challenges, where you only have 3 attempts. Challenges can be completed in any order. There are 60 minutes for every 5 challenges, two blocks consecutively. Each challenge has two difficulty levels; if you complete the easier one, you can try the harder one. We will be announcing the top three places for men and women. The first places in both categories win advancement to IMACON 2024! LADIES IN LEUVEN

Ladies in Leuven is a day full of workshops by female athletes, open training sessions and good times. ​ We bring women and non-binary together in an encouraging environment. Take your first strides in parkour, or further develop your skills with a group of like-minded people. We start the day with a general warmup and then continue to the workshops. These are coached by invited athletes, and are aimed at both beginners and more experienced practitioners. ​ With a rotation system of smaller groups, topics are tailored to each experience level. Join the training session in the afternoon and learn from each other! The jam is a great moment to continue working on the techniques you learned during the workshops, or just get some more training in. ​ Alternatively, you can also try some of the fun challenges set by the coaches. End the day with a joint stretching session (pun not intended) and watch some inspiring video projects. ​ Afterwards, come hang out at the bar at Hal 5 for some food and drinks, and look back on what hopefully was a successful day of training and fun.
